Pinned Folders are a simple way of highlighting the most important parts of your Docs & Files.
How do I pin a folder?
1๏ธโฃ Open Project Settings, and navigate to the new "Pinned Folders" tab.
2๏ธโฃ Select a folder from your Shared folder to pin
๐ You can only pin folders from your Shared folder for now. This is to ensure you see what your Client Contacts see.
3๏ธโฃ Pin as many folders as you want.
๐ You can rearrange the folders by dragging them
๐ You can remove folders from Pinned Folders (this will not delete the folder itself)
Where do Pinned Folders show up?

For your Client Contacts:
๐กUse cases
Give your Client Contacts quick access to Knowledge Base content.
Create a Knowledge Base folder with your most useful content and share it, then pin it to the Dashboard. That way, clients will always be one click away from the help and information they need.
Draw attention to a part of your Docs & Files section.
Example: Create a "Review Needed" folder, where you upload all materials you need approval on from the client, then pin it to the Dashboard / Sidebar Navigation.
Now, whenever the Client Contact logs in, they'll see if they have stuff to review or not. This also works great together with Action Items.
When you're done, move them out of the "Review Needed" folder.
Onboard clients by having the different steps of the process as pinned folders.
Help clients onboard faster by organizing the steps they need to take into folders. Ask for documents to be signed, questionnaires to be filled in and assets to be uploaded.
